HOLLYWOOD, Jan. 31 (UPI) -- Hollywood actor David Arquette has left the rehab facility where he spent almost a month dealing with alcohol and emotional issues, his publicist says.

"He has completed treatment," Arquette's publicist told the New York Daily News Sunday.

Arquette checked himself into an unspecified facility the beginning of the year after a much publicized separation from wife Courtney Cox that left him reeling and spending much of 2010 drinking his troubles away, the newspaper said.

Cox has been supportive of her husband's steps through rehabilitation telling People magazine. "I really admire David and his choice to take charge and better his life," she said.
